Return and Refund Policy for IT Software Rental Services

At Pristine JWLS, we strive to provide high-quality IT software solutions for jewelry management. If you are not completely satisfied with your software rental, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- To be eligible for a refund, the software must be in its original state, and any licenses or access must not be used beyond the allowed trial period.
- Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team within the 7-day period to obtain a return authorization.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned software or upon verifying the status of the license/access.
- Please note that we cannot offer refunds for software that has been activated or used beyond the trial period.
